Eval and ABAPE team up join to promote inclusion and training professional of young people at situation of vulnerability
Eval is pleased to announce an innovative partnership with ABAPE(Associação Batista da Penha), which aims to promote the social and professional inclusion of vulnerable youth and adolescents in the Tiquatira – SP region.
ABAPE is a non-profit association that has been active for 17 years in the Penha neighborhood, east side of São Paulo. Its mission is to guarantee the rights of children, teenagers, and their families, working in the areas of social assistance, sports, art, and culture.
Currently, 450 people are assisted in daily or weekly activities such as social-educational activities, sports classes, group and individual assistance.
The partnership between Eval and ABAPE aims to provide solid professional training for young people and adolescents in vulnerable situations
Eval’s goal: a better future for all!
In order to encourage the professional training and employability of these young people, Eval works on programs to encourage professional training in the communities of the Tiquatira region, in different areas.
Our goal is to motivate and bring interested people to a direct experience in the company, through internships and visits, accompanied by mentoring from our employees, so that they can have a solid start in Eval itself or in other companies in the area.
This partnership will allow young people and teenagers in vulnerable situations to have access to an increasingly competitive job market, with a solid education and practical experience in a technology company.
This partnership represents a great advance for the Tiquatira region and for ABAPE, which will have the opportunity to expand its social and professional inclusion actions, besides contributing to the development of young people and adolescents with potential and the will to grow.

Today, Eval already has 2 young people incorporated in the Marketing sector, surprising us with their quality and commitment to work in their activities.
Eval is very pleased to be able to contribute to the professional training of these young people and help them have a brighter future. We believe that this is a corporate social responsibility and we are very happy to be able to do our part.
